Parker Eco House: This architecturally designed home incorporates solar passive principles and is ideal for those who enjoy open plan, stylish living.  This house has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds each.  This house also provides access for those with mobility issues (no steps, hobless shower and disabled compliant toilet).

Jeffries Cottage: Built in 1905, this historic cottage has been lovingly renovated.  Enjoy views over the township of Albany.  Walk into the CBD to enjoy the cafes, restaurants and attractions. Three bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has two king single beds and bedroom 3 has a  queen sized bed.  Jeffries Cottage has a luxurious bathroom with a large free standing bath.
